Yesterday (Saturday, September 13, 2008) was the wedding of Andrew Iskandar and Susan Kim, both leaders in A2F Blue. It was a wonderful celebration, full of joy! The ceremony was beautiful, at the Christ Episcopal Church in Alameda, where Andrew and Susan were married. The reception was full of love and laughter, hilarious song and dance numbers (by the brothers of A2F Gold, all of A2F Blue, and Andrew’s peers), touching performances by Susan’s peers and her family, and beautiful (and rather revealing) slideshows.

I was privileged to have Susan as my small group leader last year, and as she is always so caring and such an amazing servant of God, it was wonderful to be able to share this special day with her. Through Andrew and Susan’s lives, everyone attending was able to see so clearly God’s love and grace. The wedding was simply an amazing expression of God’s love. May He continue to shower you two with blessings and to work through you to impact more lives! :]
